This soccer season has been pretty discouraging. We have had 14 days in a row that it has rained, so the soccer fields are a mess. Soccer game #5 was no different. It should have been a beautiful May morning, but when we got up it was cold and wet.
We did have the game, and it rained about halfway through. But since there was no lightning, the game went on as normal. The kids loved playing in the rain, but I can't say the same for the fans! 
The rain did quit to end the game, but you can see by these clouds that it quickly returned as the team was eating their snack. We ended the morning by running to our car being pelted by huge raindrops and lots of loud thunder. So much for spring soccer. One more game to go! We're praying for sunshine!
