We thought we would spend all of our time at the water park (and we definitely spent a lot of our 3 days there), but there were so many things to do. Besides the Cub Craft Club, Bedtime stories and Northern Lights Arcade, Reese also enjoyed the hotel's magic wand game. This is a computerized wand that you go through the hotel looking for clues and searching out treasures. There were also great food places. We enjoyed several meals at the Loose Moose Cafe. This is Reese in front of the Ice Cream Shop.
Before we left, Reese got a tattoo...don't worry it's only an airbrush:)
Another great thing is that Great Wolf Lodge is also only 1.6 miles (according to my GPS) from Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. We did drag Reese from the pool to visit the mall for a few very short hours...only with the promise of eating at the Rain Forest Cafe. Very Cool Restaurant.
Reese was not too fond of this crocodile. I'm not sure that he believed he wasn't real.
Our dessert was a huge Lava Mountain! Delicious, but we didn't even eat 2/3 of it!
We had a great time. It was close to home, but we just enjoyed being together. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to take your family...Reese is ready to go again!
